About Us

Established in 1914, VON Oxford provides home and community health care to residents in Oxford County. VON Oxford offers 18 programs and services including Meals on Wheels®, SMART® Exercise and Falls Prevention program, Adult Day Program, overnight respite, blood pressure clinics, a bathing program and Sakura House hospice.

Our Services

Sakura House

VON Oxford’s Sakura House is a 10-bed hospice residence in Woodstock, ON.

Meals on Wheels 

Volunteers deliver nourishing meals to people struggling or unable to cook or shop for themselves.

Adult Day Program

This Program provides adults living with a disability, an opportunity to enjoy a day of recreational and social programs.

Transportation

Volunteers provide seniors and adults with disabilities transportation to medical appointments, adult day programs, social recreational outings, and other appointments.
