Assisted Living

Assisted Living is support for seniors/special populations who require services at greater frequency or intensity than home care, but without the medical monitoring or supervision that would be provided in a long-term care home. The program provides services on a scheduled and as-needed basis at a level that enables the client to live in the community with a high degree of independence. Prevents or delays institutionalization. Personal Support Workers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Services may include:
• Personal Support Services (dressing, hygiene, assisting with mobility, medication monitoring and assistance).
• Homemaking Services (shopping housecleaning, meal prep)
• Security Checks

Program available: Woodstock
